OUTLINE ::
The Birch Open is a cross-country ski race put on by Birch Mountain Sports. The event is open to all athletic capability and age.

ELIGIBILITY ::
The Birch Open is an unrestricted event for all skiers (i.e. anyone can enter the race)
EVENT FORMAT ::
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ::

10:00 to 11:00 am -- Race office open for bib pick up

11:15 am -- Coaches and Officials meeting in clubhouse

12:00 pm -- Race starts

Medal & award ceremony immediately following end of race. The awards ceremony will take place after the race in the clubhouse.
