Online Registration

Designed to be easy to manage, secure, reliable, and fast, the Zone4 registration system has been built from the ground up with the needs of sport clubs in mind. It is currently used by over 600 organizations across North America for club membership registration, race registration, general events, clothing orders, fee collection, volunteer tracking, and much more.

Low Processing Fees

  • 3% Processing Fee (If paying thru CC)
  • $1 Per Person
  • $1 Per Payment
  • $15 Insurance per session

- Class Program -

We will start to ask that all registrants give at least five volunteer hour this session to help keep the gym running. This could easily be done with our Casino October 12th & 13th that we need volunteers for.

As we move into future fundraising we will need everyone’s help to keep the club doors open!


Class descriptions:

KINDERGYM

Learning through play is fundamental to the Kindergym program. By Incorporating skill acquisition into games, children discover their confidence & abilities. Balance and muscular development occur simply through participation. Basic movement patterns; landings, locomotions (running, skipping, hopping, springs, forward rolls, log rolls, basic cartwheels) are systematically explored.

Focus is placed on fitness, fun & fundamentals of a gymnastics practice.


GYMNASTICS - all classes are co-ed

This class is about fun and fundamentals. Weekly classes include games that involve good cardiovascular workouts, new skill acquisition, repetition of prior learned skills to reinforce development, stretching and condition workshops. Repetition of skills to ensure solidity of learned material become "muscle memory" and hopefully will never be forgotten.

Can expect to do work on all the equipment we have to develop skills on floor, bars, beam, rings and more. Sessions always include games and stretch workshops; this class offers a well rounded and fun gymnastics experience.

NEW! Parkour Class

This class is for those wanting to improve their functional movement skills. Parkour is all about moving through your environment efficiently and naturally. Parkour practitioners jump, climb, and vault over obstacles in their path. Their goal is to get from point A to point B as efficiently as possible. Emphasis will be placed on learning the foundations of how to move creatively with jumps, twists, swings and climbing.

Sessions always include games and stretch workshops; this class offers a more specific focus.

Drop in GYMNASTICS

This is unstructured free time for those wanting to come in, use the equipment and work on skills at their own pace & level. A coach is present to offer support and to ensure the safety of the students.

There is drop-in parent & tot which is meant for kids under 5 who will be required to have parent or guardian supervision.

rop in adult classes are for those 18 and over who want to develop strength, agility and want to play like kids again.

ACRO YOGA

Acro Yoga combines the art of acrobatics, gymnastics, yoga, thai massage and circus arts into an amazing practice.  develop strength, flexibility, trust and communication.  We will not be using any gymnastics equipment during class.  This is for all levels, everyone welcome & no partner is needed.  ages 14
