the short answer is everyone and anyone. Looking to nail that first roll? Looking to improve on the one you have? Trying to make it second nature? Learning to roll on your offside? Learning another/different type(s) of roll.
What we will cover:
First rollers – after ten years of coaching I have, (and continue to improve on) a tried, tested, and proven building block progression to getting from the head-rudder position to the upright position. Taking your first steps into the world of rolling your kayak will never be easier or more fun!
Rolling improvers- ironing out bad habits and providing individual specific feedback will be the order of the day here. Getting you upright, first time, every time! Video analysis and careful, deliberate, coached, practice will get you on your way to a much, much higher success rate in your rolling.
New types of roll- learning how to roll on your offside? A swifter roll with less set-up time? shallow water rolls? These are all things we must start to consider as we get into more demanding environments and manoeuvres.
