Welcome to La Ronge Sask Cup #1 & #2 (2021-2022)

Sask Cup #1 and Sask Cup #2 for the 2021-2022 race season are scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, December 11 & Sunday, December 12, 2021.

Both Sask Cup #1 and Sask Cup #2 will be held at the Don Allen Trails located 20 km north of La Ronge on paved Highway 102. The Don Allen Trails parking lot is at the junction of Highway 102 and the Nemeiben Lake Road. The race registration and start area are located in the Ski Club stadium 75 metres north of the parking lot.

Sask Cup #1 will be an interval start, classic distance race held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 . Distances will range from 700 metres to 10 kilometres depending on age and gender. Bib pick-up is 12:30 noon with the race to start at 1:30 p.m.

Sask Cup #2 will be a free technique distance race held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 . Distances will range from 460 metres to 5 kilometres depending on age and gender. Bib pick-up is 10:00 a.m. with the race to start at 11:00 a.m.

Detailed information regarding the event is contained in the Race Notice posted at www.crosscountrysask.ca and at www.larongeskiclub.ca .

If the races need to be cancelled due to trail or weather conditions, a cancellation notice will be posted on the CCS website. Skiers will have their race registration fees refunded by cheque.
