Run and Free Technique

Order of Start and approximate start times:

  1. U8 Boys and Girls - 12:00 pm
  2. U10/U12/U14 Boys and Girls - 12:10 pm
  3. U16 Boys and Girls / Open Women (U18 +) / Master Men and Women - 12:22 pm
  4. Open Men (U18+) - 12:42 pm

Bibs will be available for pick up upstairs in the chalet at 11:30 am

Exchange Zone: Please place your skis and equipment in the exchange zone 5 minutes before your start time.

Volunteers: please arrive at 12:00 am.

Awards and BBQ

Will be held immediately after the Run and Ski - Outside - Dress for the occasion!

BBQ is by donation.
