• Deadline for race registration

Tuesday February 21

• 12:00 pm - Official Training Day
• 5:00 pm - Friday Relay Race Declaration Form due at Race Office at the Park
• 2:00 pm - Deadline for corrections to competition list to Competition Secretary
• 2:00 pm - late registration (subject to penalty)
• 7:30 pm - Team Captain's Meeting at Holiday Inn Home2 Suites by Hilton

Wednesday February 22

• 9:00 am Women/Standing - 7.5 km (1 x 7.5 km)
• 10:00 am Men/Standing - 7.5 km (1 x 7.5 km)
• 11:00 am Mixed Sit Ski – 2.5km (2 x 1.25km)
• 7:30 pm - Team Captain's Meeting at Home2 Suites by Hilton

Thursday February 23

• 9:00 am Mixed Para sit ski – 5 km (2 x 2.5 km)
• 10:00 am Women/Standing – 15 km (2 x 7.5 km)
• 11:00 am Men/Standing – 15 km (2 x 7.5 km)
• 5:00 pm OUA Downtown walkabout dinner
• 7:30 pm OUA AWARDS (Canada Summit Center Active Living Centre) classic and freestyle medal presentation
• All-Star Presentation
• OUA Coach of the Year

Friday February 24

• 9:30 am Men – 10km (3 x 3.75 km)
• 10:30 am Mixed Para Exhibition - 1 km (2 x 520 m)
• 11:00 am Women –10 km (3 x 3.75 km)
• 12:00 pm Relay Medal Presentation
• Team Banner Presentation
