Saturday - King's Court Sprint

• 10:30 - Time Trial: U20/Senior/U16/U18/Master
• 11:45 - Round 1 - U20/Senior, followed by U16/U18/Master
• 12:06 - Round 2 - U20/Senior, followed by U16/U18/Master
• 12:27 - Round 3 - U20/Senior, followed by U16/U18/Master
• Break to set up obstacle course.
• 13:15 - Round 1 - U10/U12/U14
• 13:30 - Round 2 - U10/U12/U14
• 13:45 - Round 3 - U10/U12/U14

Sunday - Mass Start Classic

The Lappe Invitational Trophies (M/F) will be awarded to the fastest time on the 15 km course (U20/Senior)

• 10:30 - Master/Senior/U20/U18/U16 both genders*
• 10:45 - U16/U14 both genders*
• 11:15 - U6
• 11:23 - U8
• 11:28 - U12/U10

*Please review your maps carefully - there is a decision point on the course at the top of Klukie line for the first three groups. Maps are posted here: https://www.lappenordic.ca/club-events/lappe-invitational-02-25-2023-02-26-2023/

There will be marshals on course at the decision point to help you, but knowing where to go is your responsibility.

• Start Group 1 - U20/Senior 2 laps of the 7.5 km GREEN course. Follow the green signs
• Start Group 1 - U18/Master 1 lap of the 7.5 km BROWN course. Follow the brown signs
• Start Group 2 - U14/U16 1 lap of the 5 km RED course. Follow the red signs

For all other categories, there will not be a decision point. So just follow the v-boards.

Start lists will be posted at 9:35 am each morning on zone4, and on the notice board at Lappe.
