Registration procedure
Ajoutez la première personne de votre famille et complétez son information.

Refund Policy
Les demandes de remboursement seront traitées comme suit :
100 % des frais d’inscription y compris les licences, jusqu'à la fermeture des inscriptions (9 juin 23h59).
50 % des frais d’inscription y compris les licences, entre la fermeture des inscriptions jusqu’à la date limite pour fournir des corrections à la liste de confirmation (voir avis de course).
Aucun remboursement après la date limite pour fournir des corrections à la liste de confirmation (voir avis de course) ou si l'athlète ne se présente pas au départ.
Aucun remboursement de licences de jour payées en trop.
Aucun remboursement des frais de transaction de Zone 4.
En cas d'annulation pour des raisons hors de son contrôle, le Comité organisateur tentera de reporter l'événement à une autre date.
Étant donné que le club engage des frais avant le jour de la course, si un report n'est pas possible, un remboursement partiel sera fait en fonction des frais engagés.
Refund requests will be processed as follows:
100% of the registration fee including licences, up to the end of registration (June 9, 23:59).
50% of the entry fee including licences, from the end of registration until the deadline for providing corrections to the confirmation list (see race notice).
No refunds after the deadline to provide corrections to the confirmation list (see race notice) or if the athlete does not show up at the start.
No refunds for overpaid day licences.
No refund of Zone 4 transaction fees.
In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the control of the organizing committee, the organizing committee will attempt to reschedule the event.
Since the club incurs costs prior to the day of the race, if a rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund will be made based on the costs incurred.
