This is a no fee registration for the 2023 High School XC Running Valley Championships to be held at Larch Hills Ski Area in Salmon Arm. October 24, 2023.

Coaches can enter their school, city and contact information once on the first page and then enter all their athletes after that. You can add additional athletes at any time until the registration closes on October 20, 2023

Please enter all the athletes that you think will be competing. It's much easier to remove DNS athletes than to add athletes at race time.

A coach contact number is needed in case the organizers need to contact the coach for a race issue or an emergency. A cellular phone number is best.

For provincial qualifications, SENIOR results will be separated by tier. School tiers are based on the total number of Gr11 and 12 students: 1-125: A, 126-400: AA, 401+: AAA
