Race to the Outhouse 2024 takes place on November 16-17, 2024. This is the first FIS Race of the season.

Race is scheduled at GPRA. Registration for the FIS will close Wednesday, November 13th, at 8am.

Cost is $50 for the weekend. There is no one day cost.

Skiers and Coaches,

We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 FIS Race to the Outhouse is officially happening

Due to limited snow coverage, we are modifying the race schedule.

• Saturday: 5K Freestyle (FS) - Interval Start
• Sunday: 7.5K Technique TBD Prior to the coaches meeting. (This race will be Freestyle, Mass start or Classic Interval Start. This is dependent if we get the snow expected on Thursday to host a Classic race) stay tuned for the information.

Race Schedule:

• Start Time: 10:00 AM on both days
• Saturday: Women First
• Sunday: Men First

The start list will be available by Friday morning at 10am. Changes can be made until 6pm Friday November 15, 2024. Please check the racer confirmation list to make sure you are signed up for the correct race. https://zone4.ca/event/2024/BQrM49/

Coaches' Meeting:

• Date/Time: Thursday at 7:30 PM (via Zoom)
• Details: Information about bib pickup and course layout will be provided at meeting.

Citizen’s Race

The citizens race will be 3K each day. This will be a fun time for all ages. You can sign up for one race or both.

For those wanting to race in the citizen’s race, we have a separate registration. If you have already signed up in our original FIS registration, please contact Lori Berrigan at berriganak@gmail.com and we will get you signed up for the correct race.
