RACE IS ON!!!

• Changed from mass start to interval start
• Although this event is suitable for all ages U6 through Masters the low snow conditions mean the trails are not in perfect condition.
• Registration late fees have been pushed back until Saturday, Feb 10th at 9pm. In other words, register by Saturday night.
• Courses will be adjusted based on trail conditions and will likely involve laps. Course being determined today and maps will be shared as soon as they are ready

Individual Start Skate Race

Categories and Distances:

U18/U20/Open Men- 11 km

U18/U20/Open Master Women -7 km

Master Men - 7 km

U16 - 7 km

U14 - 3.75 km - one lap

U10/U12 - 2 km

U8 - 1 km

U6 - 100 m

Total Rec/Wreck fun category - 3.75km - any age, any gender, any experience level, easier course

Race order:

U6 -100m

U8 - 1.0 km

U10/U12 - 2 km

U14 boys/girls and Rec/Wreck - 3.75 km

U16 girls and boys, U18 girls, U20 women, Open women, Masters women and men - 7.0 km (2 x 3.5 km)

U18 boys, U20 men, Open Men - 11 km (3 x 3.5 km)

Registration now closes at 9pm on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10th

Late registration will be available on-line until 9 am on race day, subject to a $10 penalty per race. Absolutely no late registrations will be accepted after 9:00 am to ensure a prompt race start at 11:00 a.m.
