Pour la quatrième fois au Centre de ski nordique Nakkertok, nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir le 26 octobre prochain pour la Coupe Skinouk course en sentier.

Stationnement

Veuillez stationner votre voiture avec l’avant faisant face au stationnement pour éviter les incidents.

Cueillette des dossards et des transpondeurs (puces)

Vous pouvez récupérer votre dossard et votre transpondeur dans le chalet à partir de 7 h 30.

Les transpondeurs seront récupérés à l'arrivée. Tout transpondeur perdu sera facturé 70 $ à l'utilisateur. Le transpondeur doit être installé sur la cheville.

Information pour le 20 km

Ravitaillement : une zone dans le stade sera aménagée pour que les participants puissent déposer leurs propres ravitaillements.

Barrière horaire : les participants doivent avoir complété la première boucle de 10 km en moins de 1h30 pour pouvoir continuer la course.

Sécurité sur le parcours

Veuillez respecter les consignes des bénévoles pour assurer un déroulement juste, sécuritaire et amusant des courses .

Les parcours seront balisés avec des fanions plantés dans le sol. Des panneaux seront installés aux intersections où les différents parcours se séparent :

·      10 km – Fanions et panneaux bleus

·      5 km - Fanions roses et rouges, panneaux rouges

·      2,5 km - Fanions et panneaux oranges

·      1,25 km - Fanions et panneaux jaunes

Soyez prudent sur le sentier, nous tenterons de souffler le plus de feuilles possible pour améliorer la visibilité mais le terrain reste inégal avec des roches, trous et racines.

Les coureurs qui abandonnent sont priés d’aviser le premier contrôleur ou surveillant rencontré.

Dans le cas d’un accident sur le parcours, les participants sont priés d’aviser au passage le contrôleur ou le surveillant le plus proche.

Les premiers soins sont assurés par la Patrouille canadienne de ski.

Remise des prix

Une cérémonie de podium sera faite pour les trois premiers de chaque sexe pour les distances de 5, 10 et 20 km. Les prix pour les catégories d’âge de ces distances seront remis au secrétariat. Les podiums auront lieu 5 minutes après l’arrivée des 3 premiers de chaque sexe.

Une cérémonie de podium aura lieu vers 12h30 pour les trois premiers de chaque catégorie pour les distances de 2,5 et 1,25 km.

Cantine

Il y aura une cantine (BBQ) sur place au profit des athlètes du Club Skinouk qui participeront à un échange avec le club Caledonia (Colombie Britannique) cet hiver.

Parking

Please park your car with the front facing the parking lot to avoid any incidents.

Bib Pick-up

Bibs and transponders can be picked up in the chalet from 7:30 am.

The transponders will be recovered at the finish. Any transponder lost will be invoiced $70 to the user. The transponder must be installed on the ankle.

Information for the 20 km race

Refreshments: there will be an area identified in the stadium for participants to drop off their own drinks and nutrition.

Time cutoff: participants must have completed the first 10 km loop in under 1h30 to be able to continue the race.

Safety on course

Please follow the volunteers' instructions to ensure that the races are fair, safe and fun.

The courses will be marked with flags planted in the ground. Signs will be set up at the intersections where the different courses split:

·      10 km – Blue flags and signs

·      5 km – Pink and red flags and signs

·      2.5 km – Orange flags and signs

·      1.25 km – Yellow flags and signs

Be careful on the trail, we will try to blow away as many leaves as possible to improve visibility, but the terrain remains uneven with rocks, holes and roots.

Runners who drop out are asked to notify the first controller or supervisor encountered.

In the event of an accident on the course, participants are asked to notify the nearest controller or supervisor as they pass.

First aid is provided by the Canadian Ski Patrol.

Awards

A podium ceremony will be held for the top three finishers of each gender for the 5, 10 and 20 km distances. Prizes for the age categories of these distances will be awarded at the secretariat. The podiums will take place 5 minutes after the arrival of the top 3 finishers of each gender .

A podium ceremony will be held around 12h30 or the top three finishers in each category for the 2.5 and 1.25 km distances .

Canteen

There will be a canteen (BBQ) during the event as a fundraising activity for the Club Skinouk athletes going to an exchange to Caledonia (Bristish Columbia) this winter.
