The 2024 Annual General Meeting and Club Workshop will be held at Chancellor's House on the Nipissing University Campus , North Bay ON on May 24, 25 and 26, 2024.

IMPORTANT: Registration Deadline for those planning to stay at Nipissing University with us:

Tuesday, April 23rd at Midnight.

We have a great program lined up for our members including Board Governance Education, a workshop on Maintaining the Fund in a Performance Focussed System, a visit to the Kinesiology lab and the Environmental Chamber, a real live Orienteering Session. Preliminary Schedule:

Friday, May 24th - evening - social

Saturday, May 25th - all day - Club Workshops

Sunday, May 26th - morning - AGM and Annual Awards Presentation (either in person and on zoom for those who can't come for the weekend).

Accommodation, Meals and Conference:

There is no fee to attend this event

Once on-site, residence style accommodation (4 to each pod of rooms), breakfast, lunch and snacks will be subsidized by XCSO.

Saturday dinner out on the town will be at each individual's expense. Location and approximate cost TBC.

Travel Subsidy:
