Registration Instructions:

• Register online for all events.
• Registration closes on Friday, March 8th, 2024 at 10:00 PM.
• Pick up your race bib on race day at the registration office.

Prizes and Awards:

• 1.25km, 3km ,8 km and 20 km events - Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each category.
• Awards will be held at the chalet after most skiers have finished.
• Draw Prizes for everyone.

Weather Considerations:

• The course is subject to change, without notice, due to weather and snow conditions.
• In case of very cold weather, start time may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Skiers will be given as much notice as possible.
• Cancellation due to poor trail conditions or extreme cold weather will be announced by Friday, March 8th , 2024 (barring unpredictable weather changes). Please check our website.

Facilities:

Porcupine Ski Runners has a beautiful chalet with a common room with tables, chairs and bench seating. There are men's and women's change rooms each with a washroom and showers. There are additional washrooms off the main area of the chalet. There is a heated wax shack with 4 waxing stations.
