Location: Nipissing University Campus Trails, P8 Nipissing University Campus, 100 College Dr, North Bay, Ontario

Date: Saturday, March 8th, 2025

Start Times: Races start at 12:00 pm (noon)

Format: Classic technique, 30-second interval start

Categories and Race Order (year of birth, race distance):

• Open Men and Women (2004+) 6.8 km
• U20 Men and Women  (2005 – 2006)   6.8 km
• U18 Boys and Girls       (2007 – 2008)   5.6 km
• U16 Boys and Girls       (2009 – 2010)   5.6 km
• U14 Boys and Girls       (2011 – 2012)   2.8 km
• U12 Boys and Girls       (2013 – 2014)   1.4 km
• U10 Boys and Girls       (2015 – 2016)   0.7 km

Registration Information

Registration will be handled exclusively online with Zone4 ( www.zone4.ca ). Entries must be submitted by 12:00 pm (noon) EST, Wednesday, March 5th, 2025. Payment must be made, and event waivers must be completed online at the time of registration. Late Registration will be accepted until 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, March 7th, 2025 (subject to a penalty of $10 per registration). Late registrants will be seeded at the back of their category.

Confirmation and start lists will be posted at www.zone4.ca and will also be provided at the coaches meeting on Friday, March 7th at 7pm. Note that confirmation lists on www.zone4.ca cannot reflect any post-registration changes so it is important to check with the race office if you have requested any changes.

Race Fees are $10 per race for U10, U12, U14, and U16 racers, and $20 per race for all other categories.
