Sunday, October 5: Classic, double pole middle distance

Event Locations:

Saturday- Nipissing University, North Bay Campus, College Drive path

Sunday- Thomsen Park, North Bay

Team Leaders meeting: by zoom, Friday, October 3, @7pm.

XCSO Comparative Rollerski Test

Saturday October 4

Course: 1.1 km uphill; College Drive path

Rollerski Skate; Double Pole; Legs Only Skate : 12PM start; 30 second interval starts, with 20 minutes between efforts

Category Prizes: Open; U20; U18; U16 by skate times

Classic double pole

Sunday, October 6

Course: Thomsen Park, 700m

Distances: Paranordic sit and U16 4900m (7 laps); U18 and up 7000m (10 laps)

Start times: Paranordic 9am; U16 male and female 9.30am; U18 and up male 10am; U18 and up female 11am

Format: 30 second interval starts

Entry Fee: $15 per day

Races capped at 40 participants

Matched XCSO Rundle rollerskis provided to racers

As per FIS policy, rollerski races now require protective baskets for rollerski tips to help prevent injuries.

Protective eyewear is required.
