Led by skilled coaches from
SASKI-Para Adaptive Snow Sports
, participants will:

Learn how to sit in a sit-ski

Use cross-country ski poles

Practice the double poling technique

Understand how to use brakes safely

Engage in games and activities that build endurance, balance, coordination, and upper body strength
This initiative is a gateway to year-round community programming and helps identify interested athletes for continued involvement in adaptive snow sports.
