Refund of registration feesTo cover administrative costs, Skinouk will retain 5% of the amount to be refunded. Thus, a refund will be offered to a participant under the following conditions:Before registration closes :Full refund of registration fees, including licenses, less administrative costs.Between the close of registration and the deadline for corrections to the confirmation list (see race notice):Partial refund (50%) of entry fees including day licenses, less administrative costsAfter the deadline for corrections to the confirmation list or if the athlete does not show up at the start:No refundIn all cases:No refunds for overpaid day licences.No refund of Zone 4 transaction fees.In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the control of the organizing committee, the organizing committee will attempt to reschedule the event.Since the club incurs costs prior to the day of the race, if a rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund will be made based on the costs incurred.
