[f]Les demandes de remboursements seront traitées comme suit:

• Demandes reçues jusqu’à la fin de la période d’inscription régulière : Remboursement 100% des frais d’inscription, incluant la licence journalières de SFQ et les redevances de coupe provinciales de XCSO et SFQ. Les licence de compétition de niveau 2 de NC ne sont pas remboursables.
• Demandes de changement reçues entre la fermeture des inscriptions et la date limite des corrections à la liste de confirmation (voir avis de course) : Remboursement de 50% des frais d’inscription, incluant la licence journalière de SFQ et les redevances de coupe provinciales de XCSO et SFQ. Les licence de compétition de niveau 2 de NC ne sont pas remboursables.
• Aucun remboursement des demandes reçues après la date limite de correction de la liste de confirmation ou si l’athlète ne se présente pas au départ.
• Aucun remboursement des licences journalières (licence de compétition de niveau 2 de NC et licence d’un jour de SFQ) et les redevances des coupes provinciales de XCSO et SFQ achetées par erreur.
• Aucun remboursement pour l’annulation d’une journée de course pour cause de conditions météorologiques froides ou défavorables.

[e]Refund requests will be processed as follows:

• 100% of the registration fee including SFQ day licence and XCSO/SFQ provincial cups fees, for requests received up to the end of regular registration. NC Tier 2 Event License is not refundable.
• 50% of the entry fee including tier 2 SFQ day licence and XCSO/SFQ provincial cups fees, for change requests received from the end of regular registration until the deadline for providing corrections to the confirmation list (see Race Notice). NC Tier 2 Event License is not refundable.
• No refunds for requests received after the deadline to provide corrections to the confirmation list or if the athlete does not show up at the start.
• No refunds for overpaid tier 2 licences (NC Tier 2 Event License and SFQ day licences) and XCSO/SFQ provincial cups fees.
• No refund for a race day cancelled for cold or adverse weather conditions.
• No refund of Zone 4 and online banking transaction fees.

The 2025 Eastern Championships LOC is committed to making the event as environmentally responsible as possible. We invite all participants to avoid the use of single-use plastics, polystyrene and non-recyclable packaging that they bring to the competition site. Please sort and dispose of all waste in the appropriate recycling and garbage bins, located at various points around the site.
