Deadline : February 18th @11:59pm. After February 18th or day of meet will be up to Meet Director.

Categories : Age as of December 31 the year of competition

Mini: 6 and under (born in 2018/2019/2020)

U10: 9 years of age & under (born in 2016 & 2017)

U12: 10 & 11 years of age (born in 2014 & 2015)

U14: 12 & 13 years of age (born in 2012 & 2013)

U16: 14 & 15 years of age (born in 2010 & 2011)

U18: 16 & 17 years of age (born in 2008 & 2009)

U20: 18 & 19 years of age (born in 2006 & 2007)

Senior/Open: (born in 1991-2005)

Masters A: 35 years of age (born in 1990 or earlier)

Masters B: 65 years of age (born in 1960 or earlier)

PLEASE note: Races may run with combined age divisions, but always scored separately

60m - All ages

150m - 13 & under

200m - 14 & older

400m - 16 & older

800m - All ages except MINI

1200m - 12-15 years

1500m - 16 & older

4x200m Relay - All Ages except MINI

3000m - 15 & older

60mHurdles - U14/U16/U18/U20

**Predictive Race Walk - Senior/Open and Masters A, Masters B

Relay registration will be held on day of event.

Schedules : Tentative schedules will be posted on social media sites. Final schedules will be emailed and posted Thursday before the competition.

Day of Meet Entries : Will only be accepted at Meet Directors’ discretion and if space is available (Cost is $20 per event – cash only)

Awards : Ribbons will be awarded for each event 1 ^st , 2 ^nd , 3 ^rd , 4 ^th & 5 ^th place standings.

T-Shirts : Deadline to preorder - Feb 9th. Limited available for sale at registration table on day of meet.

Entry Fees :

$15 per athlete per event (received on or before Feb 18th, 2025) or 3/$40

$20 per athlete per event (received AFTER Feb 18th, 2025)

Relay fees - Relays are free for athletes that are registered for and have paid for any other event. If an athlete has not registered for any other event and is only participating in relays there will be a $15 registration fee (due in cash on day of meet.)

Athletics Alberta Membership : This is meet is not sanctioned through Athletics Alberta and is a local training meet. Local records will be kept, however no records or rankings at a Provincial or National level can be achieved through this meet.

Results : Results will be posted by registration table and will be emailed and posted a week after the meet is completed.
