Day 1 - Mixed Gender CLASSIC Technique King's Court Sprint

This event will be on the O Cup Short Sprint course.

Categories and Distances:

*U20/Senior/U18/U16/Masters - 1.2 km

*U10/U12/U14 - Approx. 800m

U6/U8 - 100 - 300m

*These categories will race a Qualification Round followed by 3 King's Court Heats

Day 2 - Individual Start FREE Technique

This event is suitable for all ages U6 through Masters.

Categories and Distances:

U20/U18/Open- 10 km - 2 x 5 km

U16/Masters/Grandmasters - 5 km

U14 - 4 km - 2 x 2 km

U10/U12 - 2 km

U8 - 900 m

U6 - 100 m

Online registration closes at MIDNIGHT Friday March 7, 2025.

Late registration will be available on-line until 9:30 am on each race day, subject to a $10 penalty per race.
