    Paddle, Bike, and Run! 

    Come experience Marsh Lake in all its glory, with a fun triathlon!

    Participate in a team or solo!​

    Paddle from the Marsh Lake marina to the boat launch at Nolan Rd.

    From there, take a scenic bike ride that ends at the Marsh Lake Community Center.

    At the community center, enjoy a run on the beautiful trails.

    Round the wonderful experience out at the end of the event, with a BBQ, bar, and music at the Marsh Lake Community Centre.

    There will be prizes for goofy costumes, team spirit and much more!​
