PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 6 P.M. ON SUNDAY, MARCH 30, 2025. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS.

Participants may register for one or both days of skiing and may choose either the 21km or 40km distance. Please visit our website for details regarding event fees.

General information regarding start times will be published on our website closer to the event date. Specific start lists with wave times for each event will be published on Zone 4 by noon of the previous day. The link to these lists will be available on our website.

ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS A CUTOFF TIME . If you don't feel that you can complete the 40k distance by 3pm then we would encourage you to do the 21km. We will be closing access to the course after Feed Station B at the biathlon range at 12:00 and the full course at 3pm.

REFUND POLICY:

For any refund please contact: registration@sovereign2silverstar.com . Note that in the case of all refunds, the total amount will be minus transaction fees that are not-recoverable by the S2S.

• Until Dec 31st: 100% unconditional refund.
• Until mid season registration closing date (Feb 23rd): 75% unconditionally or rollover to the following year.
• Until close of registration: For medical reasons only (with documentation): 75% refund or rollover to the following year.
• Once registration closes there will be no refunds or rollovers
