NB Provincial Downhill & Enduro Championships
Outdoor Elements Gravity Fest 2025 is
taking place at Poley Mountain from Thursday, August 14 to Sunday, August 17, 2025. The event is the Velo NB Provincial Downhill and Enduro Championships along with various fun activities such as the much anticipated chainless race, a rim toss, mini bike race, tons of prizes, along with camping, bonfires, a live DJ on the Poley Patio creating an amazing mountain bike festival vibe throughout the weekend.
The DH race track and enduro stages will be announced on Thursday, August 14th at 12pm with practice starting on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during regular Bike Park Hours of operation. There will be an Enduro group ride Thursday evening for anyone new to enduro to have a guided intro to the trails being used for the event and an official DH track walk Friday evening at 6pm.
A rider reception is being hosted Friday evening at Outdoor Elements and Sussex Ale Works in downtown Sussex where participants can pick up their race plate and swag bags and check out the local bike shop with store wide discounts for all participants.
The official race action begins with the DH Race at 4pm on Saturday, August 16th and the Enduro Race on Sunday, August 17th starting at 10am with awards to follow shortly after each event.
Thursday, August 14
12pm - Official Announcement of Downhill Race Track and Enduro Stages
1pm to 7pm - Practice open during regular Bike Park Hours
6:30pm - Intro to Enduro Group Ride, all welcome, meet at Poley Lodge.
Friday, August 15
9am to 8pm - Practice open according to regular Bike Park and Chairlift Hours
5pm - Official DH Track Walk with the NB Gravity Racing Team, meet at top of Alpine Chairlift at the Start Line.
5pm to 9pm - Race Plate Pick up and store wide discounts at Outdoor Elements for all Participants.
8pm to 9pm - Rider Reception at Outdoor Elements & Sussex Ale Works.
Saturday, August 16
9am to 3pm - Practice Open for Enduro and Downhill according to regular Bike Park and Chairlift Hours.
9am to 12pm - Race Plate pick up and check in.
4pm to 6pm - Downhill Race with Awards to follow.
8pm to 10pm - Gravity Fest Bonfire
Sunday, August 17
10am to 3pm - Enduro Race with Awards to follow.
