    Format: Interval start race - 7 km, 3.5 km and 1.5 km

    This is an NCD race event, points will be awarded according to YOB categories

    ** Nordiq Canada (our sport governing body) has amended their insurance coverage, called a Tier 3 Licence. All clubs hosting races must charge this fee to every race registrant (per race/per day). This will be added to your race fees.
