The Edmonton Triathlon Academy , in partnership with Alberta Triathlon Association , is pleased to present the 2026 Winter Aquathlon Series in Edmonton, Alberta.

Four races will make up the series. Participants will have the opportunity to win a coveted 2027 Edmonton World Aquathlon Championship spot with each race.

Spots are available for each age group (5 yrs) and gender, over 16 years of age.

The April 12th event is also the Provincial Aquathlon Championships for all categories. All entrants will be automatically entered into the Provincial competition.

8–9 Years 100m – 666m (08:10am)

10–11 Years 200m – 1000m (08:20am)

12–13 Years 400m – 2000m (08:35am)

14–15 Years 500m – 3000m (08:50am)

16 -19 Years 1000m – 5000m (09:10am)

20 + Years 1000m – 5000m (Starting @09:40am - Likely 4 Heats ~ 20mins apart)
