Welcome to the registration page for the 2026 Ontario Season Finale hosted by North Bay Nordic. After consulting the race notice, if you have any registration questions or require assistance, please contact the Race Secretary at races@northbaynordic.ca. Please report any errors to the Race Secretary and provide your Cart # and/or receipt.

Registration Information

Registration closes at 11:59 am EST, Wednesday March 18th, 2026. Payment must be made, and event waivers completed online at the time of registration. Confirmation lists will be posted on the Zone4 event website, and any errors must be reported to the Race Secretary (races@northbaynordic.ca).

Cancellation and Refunds

If required, due to inappropriate snow, poor trail conditions, insufficient registration or force majeure, all or part of the event will be cancelled. Any change in the event will be posted to the race website and Zone4 event page as soon as it is known. A decision regarding cancellation will be made by Thursday March 19, 2026. Refunds based on event cancellation will be provided to the maximum extent possible (minus any incurred expenses).

In the event of cold temperatures, races may be delayed or cancelled when temperatures are lower than -20C. For U12 and under, the minimum temperature is -15C. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation due to cold.

Trail Fee Information

Event fees include trail passes on Friday for pre-skiing, Saturday, and Sunday for all registered coaches and racers. fees are included in the registration. Family and friends may purchase day passes at the Snack Bar in the clubhouse.

Safe Sport

Athletes, coaches, officials, staff, and volunteers have the right to a safe and inclusive environment, free from maltreatment and creating a safe environment is a top priority and a responsibility of all sport participants. XCSO and the North Bay Nordic Ski Club have adopted the Nordiq Canada Pan Canadian Safe Sport Policy Suite. If you are experiencing, or you suspect someone else is experiencing, abuse, discrimination, violence or other forms of maltreatment, contact the Canadian Sport Helpline or the onsite SafeSport officer. These individuals can connect you with support and help you file a complaint. For emergencies, call 9-1-1.

Mandatory Fees for Athletes

Please note that all racers are required to pay an additional Tier 3 event fee of $3.00 per race. This is a mandatory event fee for Tier 3 events sanctioned by XCSO (as a division of Nordiq Canada) where the cost is greater than $5. As an athlete, it is imperative to recognize and strictly adhere to the Fluoro Wax rule, showcasing a shared dedication to the fundamental principles of integrity and fairness within the sport.
