PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 6 P.M. ON SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 2026. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS.
Participants may register for one or both days of skiing and may choose either the 21km or 41km distance. Please visit our website for details regarding event fees.
General information regarding start times will be published on our website closer to the event date. Specific start lists with wave times for each event will be published on Zone 4 by noon of the previous day. The link to these lists will be available on our website.
ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS A CUTOFF TIME

If you don't feel that you can complete the 40k distance by 3pm then we would encourage you to do the 21km. We will be closing access to the course after Feed Station B at the biathlon range at 12:00, at the 21k/41k split at the Powder Gulch chair at 2pm and the full course at 3pm.

. Note that in the case of all refunds, the total amount will be minus transaction fees that are not-recoverable by the S2S.
THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE SKI MARATHONS

Until Dec 31st: Rollover to the following year or 100% unconditional refund.

Until mid season registration closing date (Feb 22nd): Rollover to the following year or 75% unconditional refund.

Until close of registration: For medical reasons only (with documentation): Rollover to the following year or 75% refund.

Once registration closes there will be no refunds or rollovers
FOR OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Specific refunds are not available for options, but they will be refunded as part of any refund being processed for the Ski Marathon days if the refund for the option is requested at the time you request your Ski Marathon refund.
