One of the primary strengths of the Divisional Membership System and the Membership Database is the fact that each member record is a historical entity that persisted year after year.  This allows for historical information such as invoice history and other data to be tracked over many years.  Zone4 was recently asked if there was a way to harvest this data to tell clubs how many new people join and how many existing people leave the club each year.   Thanks to the wealth of historical information stored in Zone4, this data goes back as far as 1999 for some clubs.  Zone4 has been able to come up with a report that totals up the New, Returning, Total, and Turn Over Percentage for each year in the system.  For clubs in BC and AB, this information goes back a number of years while clubs in other provinces who are new to the Divisional Membership System or who do not subscribe to any participating provincial organizations will not show any information yet.  This report can be retrieved in your Membership Database -> Import and Downloads -> Report: "Membership Rollover Per Year".  The provincial governing bodies have also been given a similar report which summarizes the information from the entire province.  Please contact them if you would like further information on the provincial averages.
