While working on the new Race Registration system, Zone4 developed technology to allow drag-and-drop reordering of registration elements.  This feature was added to the Club Registration system and replaces the previous up/down links.  Simply hold your cursor over the up-down arrows and you'll see your cursor change to a "move" cursor.  Click and hold your mouse down and drag the row to the desired location.  You will see a black line that moves with the row to indicate where the element will get inserted when you let go of the mouse.  That's all there is to it.  The change is saved instantly behind the scenes so you don't have to click Save Changes or anything.
