Dave Rees Award

Awarded to a man or woman who has made a long-term, outstanding commitment to the sport of

cross country skiing in Canada at all levels (local, regional and national) and in any of the many

ways in which volunteers or professionals give of themselves to our sport. This award was created in 1989 in recognition of the outstanding contribution by Dave Rees to cross country skiing in Canada.

Ken is responsible for Zone4’s Bookkeeping and also he contributes sage words of wisdom which help keep the business on track!

Cross-Country Canada’s 2014 National Ski Team Athlete Retirement Celebration

During the 2014 Annual General Meeting Banquet, Cross-Country Ski de fond Canada recognized outstanding supporters & a talented group of National Ski Team athletes who have retired from the sport over the last quadrennial.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the sport, and the inspiration to future elite athletes in cross-country skiing in Canada and around the world. We wish you all the best!
