Zone4 Registration Cart Upgrades are Now Activated

Zone4 is pleased to announce the first of many upgrades that will come this fall to the Zone4 Registration System. The "Registration Cart" section of the registration process has been upgraded to show a clear and concise summary of everything the registrant has selected on their registration form so far including all Cart and Individual fields. This will be useful for the registrant to review that they have made all the selections they would like before they check out of their cart. This complete cart view is also included on receipts which has been a requested feature because it allows both registrants and CC'd club administrators to see the entire cart in receipt form.

When the first person is added the options they have selected will appear in the cart including any fee-related options, data fields, and checkbox options.

When a Second Person, and each additional person is added, their information will also be added to their cart Summary.

This complete cart view replaces the old confirmation page that was displayed after each page was filled out. This new complete cart view provides the same confirmation role while also giving the registrant a simpler and more clear picture of their entire cart at that point in the process. It makes the 'Registration Cart' the central concept of a registration and a 'home base' where registrants can review all their information thus far. That central Cart concept continues throughout the registration all the way to checkout where their receipts will also show the full perspective.

The registration receipts have also been upgraded so that they display better in email applications such as gmail and hotmail with full colours and formatting just as they are seen on the registration page. This helps now that receipts contain the full cart view of all fields.

Also, a new "Test Mode" has been created for club administrators to be able to preview and test their registration payment procedures before their form is set visible to the public. The new TestMode does not require any fake credit card information to be entered thereby speeding up testing of your form before going live.

These upgrades are the first of many that will be released this fall and winter as Zone4 is continually working on updating our Registration Systems.
