The Starting Block 10 km has been a stalwart of the Kal Rats Running & Triathlon Club and Interior Running Association race series for roughly 34 years.

Time and Date: 10 AM Sunday Feb 10, 2019

Location: Lavington Elementary School - take Hwy 6 -13km east from Vernon. Turn right on School Road just past the Petro Canada gas station. Parking along School Road. Please do not park on Lavington Way at race start line.

Route details :

10 km flat or gently rolling. Combination of out-and-back and loop through rural-residential and agricultural countryside, now all 10km paved. Expect ice and snow.

3km all paved, flat loop and out-and-back. NOTE: 3km is not timed, and there are no placings or awards. 3K Run - $8 sign up day of race.

RACE PACKAGE PICK UP AND LATE REGISTRATIONS: SATURDAY 3-5 PM AT THE STARTING BLOCK 3100 29TH AVE, VERNON AND RACE DAY UNTIL 9:50 LAVINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

In person registration on February 9 and 10: add $10.
