XCSO Super Camp at OWL Rafting hosted by Nakkertok Nordic

Location: OWL Rafting, Foresters Falls, Ontario

Accommodations: Camping

Food: All meals provided by OWL, detailed daily training plan provided about 1 week before camp.

Lead Coach(es): Geoff Tomlinson, Kevin Shields, Camille Cheskey and Victor Wiltmann

Expectations:

-       Athletes must provide their own equipment for the camp, including all camping gear. If they do not have access to roller skis, please contact Victor Wiltmann (coach@xcskiontario.ca) and XCSO may be able to help. Camp equipment list to be provided prior to camp.

-       All attending athletes should be accompanied by a designated coach or parent at a ratio of approximately 1 coach/parent/supervisor per 5 athletes.

-       Attending Coaches/Parents are expected to assist with the logistics of the camp (food prep, driving, coaching, supervising during downtime etc…)
