Welcome to the 2020 Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club (GVOC) Covid-19 Waiver

Orienteering Canada and GVOC requires that all members agree to and sign a new 2020 Waiver which includes information about Covid-19. Please fill in your family name and then all members of your family. All Adults are required to complete the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form. Junior members are required to have an adult/guardian complete the INFORMED CONSENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT.

AS AN ADULT YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE "RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT" FOR ANOTHER ADULT, ONLY YOURSELF AND A RELATED JUNIOR.

This must be done prior to attending any of our weekly self paced training events, a weekly WET events, a weekend self paced training event, a monthly WJR event or any other event hosted by the Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club.
