Cost:

Estimate - $150. Cost of lift passes are not included. Parents are responsible for purchasing lift tickets for their athletes.

Sunday, December 5: Sunshine

Meeting Time:

Saturday, December 4: 8:45am in front of the Lake Louise day lodge

Sunday, December 5: 8:45am at the bottom of the Sunshine gondola

Rough Itinerary:

8:45am Meet the group boots on, ready to ski

9:00am Load first chairlift

11:00am Lunch (parents are responsible for athletes during lunch)

11:45am Meet the group to continue skiing

3:00pm Pick-up at the meeting spot

Camp Focus:

This is a really great opportunity for the kids to see elite competition at the World Cup level. We’ll start the day inspecting the World Cup track from the sidelines, doing a bit of warm-up and technical freeskiing, and finish off by watching some incredible athletes blow through the finish line. Sunday will consist of more technical free skiing, focusing on early-season balance and stability, and playing around on the fun terrain Sunshine has to offer.

Eligibility:

All U12, U10 and U8 athletes that are comfortable skiing all blue and most black runs, plus competent at riding chairlifts by themselves with confidence.

Deadline: The sign-up deadline will be Monday, November 29 ^th , 2021 @ 1200 hrs
