Welcome to the Birkie Training Group Mid-Week Session

• 10 two-hour sessions Wednesdays and one Thursday from 10 am – 12:00 pm
• 2 classes will be longer ski days at Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area
• December 14, 21, and 28, 2022
• January 5 (Thursday), 11, 18 and 25, 2023
• February 1, 8, and 15, 2023
• Long ski days with dates and locations by mutual arrangement
• Classes will be held at Strathcona Wilderness Centre and Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area
• Instructor will contact participants where to meet prior to first class

Notes:

• Minimum of 6 to run the course
• No refunds if the course is run, including in case of illness/COVID
• A processing fee for registration will be added at the payment stage and includes a $1.50 Zone4 Registration System fee and a 3% credit card fee. No GST will be charged.
• Lessons are NOT cancelled due to winter weather (e.g. snow, cold)
• You should have average to excellent fitness, have experience cross country skiing and not be a complete beginner.
