XCSO On-Snow Super Camp - North Bay
Open to all participants born 2008 and older:
Location: North Bay, Ontario

Accommodations: North Bay Nordic Chalet (sleeping bag and mat req'd) or self-organized.
Food: Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Lead Coach(es): Victor Wiltmann and Nipissing University
**Both athletes and parents/coaches/supervising adults should register for the camp.
Training Plan:
Friday Evening: Optional Arrival Time (no food provided).
Recommended arrival time: 9:00am (if not staying Friday night).
Saturday Morning: 11:00am - Ski Time Trial (breakfast not provided, but kitchen available).
Saturday Afternoon: 2:30pm - Classic Waxing Clinic and Classic Ski with Technique.
Saturday Evening: Dinner and Challenge Activity + Movie Night at North Bay Nordic.
Sunday Morning: 9am - Long Ski with Technical Assistance.
Sunday Afternoon: Depart for Home.

Expectations/Notes:
- Athletes must provide their own equipment for the camp. If they do not have access to appropriate equipment, please contact Victor Wiltmann ( coach@xcskiontario.ca ) and XCSO may be able to help. Camp equipment list to be provided prior to camp.
- All attending athletes should be accompanied by a designated coach or parent at a ratio of 1 coach/parent per 5 athletes.
- Attending Coaches/Parents are expected to assist with the logistics of the camp (food prep, driving, coaching, supervising during downtime etc…
- Due to some uncertainty around snow conditions, the camp may at last minute be changed to a dryland camp, but will still run as planned.
- Parents/Supervisors/Coaches who attend and assist with logistics will receive free food and accommodations.
- Trail Fees included in camp price.
