Celebrating 40 years of this unique Grande Prairie event. The second oldest Loppet in Alberta.

These events will take place on existing groomed trails and on trails that are not part of the regular ski trail system.

An additional waiver must be signed to participate in the Adventure Event.

Maps will be available Saturday Morning March 3.

Start time for the Adventure are as follows:

9:00  am    Classic 14km and 36km

10:00 am   Classic 6km, 10km and 20km

11:00 am   Free Technique 5km, 10km and 17km (often also referred to Skate Skiing)

11:10 am   Snowshoeing 5km and 7km

The Jackrabbits have enjoyed the Cookie Loppet so much that they are inviting you to join them! The Cookie Loppet will be held on the Forest Trails. Everyone is welcome to come and ski and to be on the lookout for the ice cream pails of cookies on the trails. You can ski any of the Forest Trails distances (1,2,3,4 or 5km) or any combination of the trails until you are tired or the cookies are eaten. Let's get the cookies before the Cookie Monster gets them.

Start time for the Cookie Loppet is 10:30 am for all distances.

Please note that none of these events will be timed.

Registration Fees include lunch for all participants.

Cost for both events:

$20 - Distances less than 10km

$30 - Distances 10km or more
