WELCOME TO THE SIXTH ANNUAL
GREAT PUMPKIN RUN AND WALK

Register early to receive a FREE Insulated Cooler
This is an event for people of all ages, with walk distances of 2.5 and 5 km and timed runs of 5 and 7.5 km lengths.
Your entry fees will be shared equally by the Armstrong Food Bank and the Brown Bag (school lunch) program.
Non-perishable donations for the Food Bank can be dropped off in the registration area on 8 October .
Enter your family information below and then proceed to the next page to provide individual information for each member of the family.
PRIZES
Finishers will be rewarded with prizes.
There will be prizes for the first 3 male and 3 female finishers in the 5 km and 7.5 km runs.
There will also be prizes for the first 2 runners of age 12 or under in the 5 km event and for the best costumes.
Also, there will be draw prizes, including cheese, gift baskets and gift certificates from local businesses.
Prizes will be available/awarded in the Horticulture building, after all events are complete.
You must be present to receive a prize.
REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION FEES:
- $15 for adults;
- $5 for youths (under 17 years)
- Note that Zone4 charges additional fees to register on-line.

Announcements 9:30 AM
Costume Judging 9:40 AM
Warm-up 9:55 AM
Start (all events) 10:00 AM
Runners only will be timed.
Start & finish lines are located on the south side of the Horticulture Building.
There are no water/aid stations on the courses. Snacks and drinks will be available at the finish. Washrooms are in the vicinity of the registration area.
Participants may be accompanied by dogs only if the dogs are on leash and under control at all times .
Participants may have child strollers.
Participants with dogs and/or strollers must position themselves at the back of the group at the starting line.
