2019 Mono Nordic Invitational – Relocated to Highlands Nordic, Duntroon

*** Due to poor trail conditions at Mono Nordic, this race has been relocated to Highlands Nordic, Duntroon ***

This race is a part of the SOD Paraffin Race Series. In order to increase accessibility of the sport, focus on athlete development, and reduce costs, no glide waxes with fluorocarbons are permitted. No low­ fluoro wax, high­ fluoro wax, powders, hardeners, or gels are permitted. This restriction applies to all categories, including Open and Masters. Let’s make this a fun race for everyone!

·        Race registration on www.zone4.ca closes midnight January 24 ^th . Late registrations will be accepted before 5pm Friday January 25 by email to racing@mononordic.com. Race fees will be double posted fees. Late payment by cheque only payable to ‘Mono Nordic Racing’ at the bib pick-up desk.

·        No race day registrations.

· Atom and Pee Wee races are classic technique. All other races are free technique. Distances may vary based on trail conditions.

·        Bib Pickup: 9:30-10:30am (follow signage at chalet lower entrance)

·        Start time: 11am. Interval starts.
