Banook Lakers

With Sportsplex now open, we are finally able to move our Banook Lakers programming back to Dartmouth! For those of you not familiar with our program, Banook Lakers is a swim program that consists of swimmers of all ages and abilities, and it is led by Lucas Seto, a fully certified swim coach with the Dartmouth Crusaders. Working alongside Lucas is an assistant coach, as well as several very helpful volunteers. Swimmers learn and improve stroke technique, get a great workout, and most importantly, have a lot of fun!

Practices for our fall program will take place at Sportsplex at 5:00-6:00pm on Saturdays, from September 28th to December 14th. The cost for the program is $100 for Banook members and $120 for non-members.

All swimming will take place in the deep pool, so swimmers must be able to swim 25m unassisted (Swimmer 4). If you have any questions or concerns about your child's ability and readiness, please contact me and I will discuss with Lucas.

Payment Options:

1. Credit Card. NOTE: The Banook Office will no longer be accepting payments by credit card for zone4 registrations. Please use this zone4 credit card option if you wish to pay by credit card. Thank you.

2. Email transfer *- If you wish to send an e-transfer to pay for the registration fee please complete the registration online as usual. You will need to tick the paying by "cheque" box at the end to complete the registration process. Then send an email to Stephen Pottie (General Manager) at banook@banookcanoeclub.com to advise that you are sending an e-transfer for the "fall swim program" and include the password "banook" for the transfer and the name of your child.

3. If you wish to pay by cheque, please drop off a cheque for the entire amount (including zone4 processing fee) to the office by September 30th during office hours or under the office door in an envelope marked with "Banook Fall Swim Program" and your child's name!
