January 19, 2020 Postponed to FEBRUARY 9, 2020

A cross country ski and snowshoe race to celebrate outdoor winter activities.

1. Racers can register solo and complete both the cross country ski and snowshoeing OR enter as a team of two.
2. Cross country skiing can be either classic or skate technique - your choice.
3. Racers will xcountry ski first then snowshoe.
4. This event will take place on existing groomed trails and on trails that are not part of the regular ski trail system.
5. Courses will be marked and a map will be available on race day.
6. Bib pick-up and sign-in from 12:00 noon - 12:50pm
7. Race starts at 1:00pm for both distances.
8. Participants 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who must also register for the race - unless otherwise approved by the race organizer.
9. Finishing metals for all racers and placing metals for top 3 solo and team finishers overall.
10. Light snacks and refreshments after the race will be available in the lodge.
11. If it is colder than -20 at noon on race day - per Environment Canada's website - the race will be delayed to another date.
12. Race fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
