This form should be filled in by all participants of Sage Orienteering Club events and trainings in 2020 who are OVER the age of majority.
Participants who are younger than the Age of Majority should fill in this form .
Participants must either be a: member of the Sage Orienteering Club, or a visiting member of another orienteering club. If you are also looking to be a Sage member, please ensure that you have filled in the applicable Zone4 Registration in addition to this waiver page:
