Registration is now open for the 2021-2022 Year

Please follow these steps:

• Read and accept the Concussion Policy Acknowledgement Form for Members.

• Select the Alberta Alpine Family Membership Fee

• Add program information for each athlete and parent/guardian - for example a family of four we would need information on two parents and two athletes who wish to participate in the program. You will have to enter the same information more than once. This information is essential for the Alberta Alpine Family Membership and insurance.

• Read and accept Alpine Canada Alpin/Alberta Alpine waiver - each parent should sign their own waiver. Parents/guardians sign for children.
