This is the registration for Part 1 of the biathlon NCCP Competition-Introduction coach workshop.

Two courses are being offered:

• September 17,24 and October 1,8 at 15:00-18:00 Pacific Time
• September 18,25 and October 2,9 at 18:00-21:00 Pacific Time

The following modules will be completed in Part 1:

• Setting the Scene
• Creating the Training Environment
• Designing a Seasonal Plan
• Supporting the Competitive Experience

If you have previously taken either of the "dryland" or "on-snow" Competition-Introduction workshops, and need to complete any of the above modules for your training, please contact cwhitman@biathloncanada.ca to inquire if you can attend to complete any outstanding modules.

To register for a course, you must:

• be available for all four sessions of the course;
• be 16 years of age or older;
• be a registered participant with Biathlon Canada for 2023-2024; and
• have an NCCP number.

Please review the Competition-Introduction Coach pathway and complete as much of the recommended prior training as possible before to the start of the workshop.

The learning facilitator will contact the registered participants in the week prior to the first session of the course with the zoom login details and the course materials.

Part 2 of of the biathlon NCCP Competition-Introduction coach workshop will be offered by divisions, starting in October 2023. For information about upcoming opportunities to take the Part 2 workshop, please contact the Coach Development representative in your division.

Ceci est le formulaire d'inscription pour la première partie de l'atelier d'introduction à la compétition du PNCE pour les entraîneurs de biathlon.

Deux cours sont offerts :

• les 17 et 24 septembre et les 1er et 8 octobre, de 15 h à 18 h, heure du Pacifique (seulement en anglais)
• les 18 et 25 septembre et les 2 et 9 octobre, de 18 h à 21 h, heure du Pacifique (en anglais et français si l'intérêt est suffisant

Pour vous inscrire à un cours, vous devez:

• être disponible pour les quatre sessions du cours ;
• être âgé de 16 ans ou plus ;
• être un participant inscrit à Biathlon Canada pour 2023-2024 ; et
• avoir un numéro de PNCE.

Veuillez consulter le parcours d'entraîneur de compétition-introduction et compléter le plus possible la formation préalable recommandée avant le début de l'atelier.

Le facilitateur contactera les participants inscrits dans la semaine précédant la première session du cours avec les détails de connexion au zoom et le matériel de cours.

La partie 2 de l'atelier d'introduction à la compétition du PNCE pour le biathlon sera offerte par les divisions à partir d'octobre 2023.
