Welcome to the Cypress Nordic Ski Club(CNSC)!

Cypress Hills has a wonderful network of groomed trails and a vibrant ski community. Join us for day ski, back-country fun or lessons, programs and events right here in Southeastern Alberta.

We have seasonal programs for kids of all ages and ski tours around Cypress Hills, Alberta.

Ski rentals - Visitor Center at Elkwater; waxless("fishscale") skis available for rent for adults and children.

If you have already registered a member with the Cypress Nordic Ski Club(CNSC) for this season, do not re register here. Other family members not in youth programs may sign up here.

Fees

Anyone enrolling in a program must be a member of the Cypress Nordic Ski Club for insurance purposes. Do not reregister anyone here who is also registered in the Cypress Nordic youth programs registration page.

Only those actually skiing in a program or in Club events should be registered so that we do not pay to insure those who do not participate.

Our fee structure:

Fees are affected by the amount we pay per participant to Nordiq Alberta (formerly Cross Country Alberta) and Nordiq Canada (formerly Cross Country Canada) to be eligible for insurance coverage and youth incentives. Those fees are $22 per person regardless of age. The remaining amount supports Cypress Nordic Ski Club.

In addition to program fees, Zone4.ca charges a nominal registration fee and collects credit card fees for those choosing to pay by card. These costs will be added to the program fees charged when you check out. Cheques are also accepted.

During CNSC activities and events, all named Club members are covered by Nordiq Canada insurance . If your name is not on the list of registered Club members, you are not covered by this insurance, and you cannot participate in Club activities or events. Please register all your family members , even if they are only cheering on racers, so that they are covered by Nordiq Canada insurance.

Membership FAQ/Info - ages are as of Dec 31st of the current registration year.

Membership Type

• Family Membership - $100 consists of 2 adults at the same household and their dependent children under age of 18 yrs
• Adult Membership - $70 consists of 1 adult over 18 yrs
• Youth Membership - $22 consists of 1 youth age 13-17
• Child Membership - $22 consists of 1 child age <12

(Note 1: Nordiq Alberta/Canada insurance fees($22) are included.)
