2nd Atlantic Regional Nordic Development Masters Ski Camp

A training partner of mine often comments “as we get older, the hills get steeper & distances longer, time moves faster, & I move slower. We cannot stop aging, however we can always im-prove on our ski technique to make the hills & distances easier to deal with.

As we age our desire to ski efficiently, effortlessly, & maintain power doesn’t diminish. As master athletes many of us put in the hours to maintain our health & fitness . If any of this resonates with you perhaps you should register for the 2nd annual masters ski camp in Charlo Jan. 17-19 2025.The goal of the camp is to bring like minded master skiers together for fun, fitness & ski improvement.

This years camp will be held in Charlo NB January 17-19th. We are fortunate to have two out-standing instructors Stephen Novosad & Stephane Barrett. Both Stephen & Stephan have con-tributed to coach & athlete development for Nordiq Canada & have experience with club & nation-al program development. (brief bios below)

Two new aspects of the workshop will be:

1. Friday night social combined with a Q&A with Stephen & Stephane at the ski center.

2. Catered Group Supper Saturday at the ski center 25.00 (optional)

Program Overview

Thursday January 16th - 9:00 am-4:30pm - Workshop focus decided by participants in collaboration with Stephen Novosad & Stéphane Barrette. Minimum 6 participants required.

Friday January 17th - 9:00 am - 4:30

Friday evening (optional) - 7:00 pm -8:30

Saturday January 18th - 9:00 am - 4:30

Group supper - 6:30 pm

Sunday January 19th - 9:00 am- 1:00
