CCNS Presents Community Coaching Course- 2024

Online- Thurs, Feb 1st (6:30-8:30pm)

On-snow- Sat, Feb 3rd (11:30am-3:30pm) and Sun, Feb 4th (9am-1pm)

• This course is for all instructors/coaches who teach children at the beginner-intermediate levels.
• The ‘Community Coaching’ (CC) Course is designed by Nordiq Canada and delivered by CCNS. The course supports instructors/coaches to deliver high-quality ski instruction to children/youth and to become familiar with the resources for planning and delivering ski programs.
• The course involves an on-line workshop (2 hours) plus two x 4 hour on-snow sessions
• Please note the two short pre-requisite on-line courses that must be completed before taking the Community Coaching course: 1) Coach Initiation in Sport, and 2) Intro to Community Coaching (see below).
