Welcome to the Golden Nordic Ski Club Registration for 2024-2025 Ski Season!

The Golden Nordic Ski Club (GNSC) offers members with world-class ski trails that create a sense of awe. The club's excellent grooming, wonderful views, and trails are for all levels of experience. We are a registered non-profit organization. GNSC develops and promotes cross-country skiing in the Golden area by making it affordable, family-oriented, inclusive, and educational. It is a world-class Nordic skiing experience.

Early season membership rates will end at midnight on October 31st.

Late season membership rates will begin at midnight on February 15th.

Individual Membership - if you select an individual membership option, DO NOT add another person to your registration. If you are two individuals registering together, please select a family registration as it will be the same rate. If you prefer to do individual registrations, you'll have to pay for one, create a new user name/password, and then do the entire process again and pay for the second one.

Family Membership - if you select family membership please press the "add person" button at the bottom of each form until all family members are added. Then proceed to the check out. Family membership consists of 1-2 adults and all children under 18 years of age that live in the same household. All family members, including infants, must be listed to be covered by insurance.

NEW: Youth Membership (6-18) and Child Membership (0-5).

These categories should be attractive for single-parent families instead of a full family membership. Participants in the Skills Development Program (such as Bunnyrabbits, Jackrabbits, and Track Attack) whose families aren’t skiers may use this option, as all participants in CCBC registered programs must be members.

Special Olympics Membership - This option is for Special Olympics athletes.

Volunteer Membership - The GNSC recognizes its volunteers through discounted membership fees for the following season. If you volunteered for GNSC between November 1st, 2023 to October 31, 2024, you qualify for this season's membership discount provided you volunteered 10+ hrs ($20 off) or 20+ hrs ($40 off). Qualifying volunteers will receive an email with their discount code. They can use this code for either individual or family membership registration. Any questions or volunteer hour submissions, please contact generalmanager@goldennordicclub.ca. Please note that all volunteer work for the club needs prior approval by a board member.

Youth Programs Registration opens October 15th, 2024. If you obtained a family membership before this date, select the option: " I am already a current member for 2024-2025 and just signing up for a program" . Use the same name spelling for your child(ren) as you did when you purchased your membership to avoid paying twice for CCBC/NC membership. To comply with our mandatory Cross Country BC insurance program, all youth program participants must become members of our club for a nominal fee. This means that these registered children and youth can ski at the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre and the Golden Golf Course outside of program times without having to pay for trail fees.

Nordiq Canada adds a number of mandatory fields to this registration form. All data fields with a red asterisk (*) are required fields and must be filled in to proceed to next page.

Additional fees

1. CCBC Insurance & Fees - Club fees do not include the mandatory Nordiq Canada and Cross Country BC insurance amount ($21 per person). This will be automatically added to your registration at checkout. If you have already registered for membership or a program, the fees will NOT be added a second time.
2. Youth Program registrations will see an extra $12 charge in addition to the program fee and the CCBC/Nordiq Canada $21 fee. This is for insurance purposes.
3. The Zone4 platform charges a fee (mandatory).

Payment Options

• Proceed to checkout and pay by credit card.
• If you don't have the option to pay by credit card then please contact generalmanager@goldennordicclub.ca. There will be in-person registration opportunities for those who wish to buy their membership this way.

Membership Cards - Once you have completed your membership, you will receive your membership card via email. Please print this off (or save on your phone) so that, if asked by the Chalet staff, you can show them your proof of membership.

Newsletter & e-Blast Permission - By joining the club as a member, you automatically consent to receive the club's newsletter and e-blasts. These will be emailed 1-2 times a month to keep you up-to-date with club and trails related news.
